a Cheerful stay in a thai Paradise
really good food tranquil pool
The restaurant served really good food. I especially enjoyed the breakfast options each morning. The pool area was so tranquil, i wish i had allocated more time to relax by it. It reminded me of a real escape from the bustle of the city

underwhelming stay
mold problem unclean bathroom
The staff were generally friendly and helpful. That was appreciated
i was not impressed with the room assigned to me at first the bathroom had mold and felt unclean the balcony was accessible through the bathroom it was not a pleasant experience the hotel did not refund the extra day despite the initial room issues

Quiet gem
small oasis busy street relaxing atmosphere friendly staff
The hotel is like a small oasis. It sits away from busy streets. The landscaping is well maintained. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff members were friendly and courteous.
The pool tiles looked somewhat in disrepair. There was also a slight sewer smell. I don't think it originated on the hotel hotel.

The front desk offered great service upon my arrival (checking in was swift). The staff were helpful with directions. They also assisted with arranging transportation throughout my stay.

The hotel is situated at the end of a small street. It is off the main road. The MTR station is about 600 meters away. This provides convenient access to other parts of the city.

A wonderful hotel experience
delicious choices central location easy access
I enjoyed my recent visit. The food was great with many delicious choices. The central location allowed easy access to city attractions. I could even stroll to a nearby Muay Thai gym for a workout.
The room felt a little old in some spots, I must admit.

A tranquil retreat
lush gardens tasteful decor
The hotel has lush gardens that provide privacy! the room was also well appointed. Tasteful decor was present. i especially enjoyed the organic, vegan menu .
the hotel location is at the end of a long street that lacked charm? i noticed a sewage smell on the terrace of my first floor room.

unclean room lack of response
The staff was GREAT though I only interacted with them during check-in.
MY room wasn't properly cleaned. I found hair in the bathroom and dust EVERYWHERE. I told the reception, but NOTHING happened. I found the lack of response DISAPPOINTING.
